1 / Return Eligibility

- We do not accept returns. All sales are final.

2/ When we will send the replacement

We will gladly send a free replacement if:

  • Your item is damaged during shipping
  • Your order has a manufacturing defect (e.g. faulty seal, mislabeling, leakage)
  • You find something in the product that does not belong (e.g. foreign object or contamination)

 To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery at mynanicare@gmail.com
Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description of what went wrong
3 / Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit.

4 / Refunds

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5 / Exchanges

- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order.

6 / Non-Returnable Items

- For hygienic reasons, certain items such as vaginal gel, washes, supplements, suppositories, anti- chafing wax sticks, and refresher sprays may not be eligible for return. To be eligible- products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
-All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

7 / Damaged or Defective Products

- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
